Shipping and returns

TERMS OF DELIVERY:
Deliveries on the territory of Bulgaria are made by courier company Econt Express. The standard delivery time is from 1 to 3 working days (according to the schedule of the courier company). Orders received are processed on the same or next working day.

If the shipment cannot be processed, you will be notified by a member of our staff on the contact number provided.

Shipping cost:
The shipping cost is calculated when the order is finalized.

RETURN POLICY:
The user has the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods he has purchased. This also applies in cases where the User has received his shipment with free shipping.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, if the User has paid for the goods, the amount paid for the returned goods shall be refunded to a bank account specified by the User within 14 /fourteen/ days after the return of the goods. No refund shall be made until the Seller has received the goods returned by the Consumer or until the Consumer has provided the Seller with proof that he has sent the goods back.

The return of an ordered item is possible only if the same is of undamaged commercial appearance - not worn, torn, no traces of make-up, washing, treatment, ironing or any traces of external interference. The hygiene sticker and all labels on the product - both fabric and cardboard - must be present. It is mandatory to keep the packaging and return the item in it. Fulfillment of these conditions are necessary for a refund to be issued to your account.

Returns are possible in case of defects in the fabric or accessories, as well as in case of manufacturing defects in the item, also in case of wrong size or pattern sent. Claims must be made within fourteen (14) days, observing the conditions described above. Prior notification in writing to office@amusea.eu and the application of photographic material is required, at the same time the User must send the goods for replacement within one week. The cost of returning the goods in case of complaint is at the expense of the Merchant.
